This is an outstanding opportunity to join an established and successful independent Estate Agency and Lettings brand based in Bristol. This highly regarded agency has an impressive reputation built up over several years and vacancies of this nature with them are very few and far between. They pride themselves on having a unique customer service focused approach to estate agency.
This role involves dealing with high end clients showcasing some of the finer properties in the Bristol market. You will be booking and attending viewings in a very non-pressurized manner and relying on your exceptional service levels to make you the person to do business with. You will need to be a real people person with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Role Responsibilities
– Creating and Maintaining exceptional Customer Relationships
– Booking and attending viewings
– Supporting the wider sales operation as required
– Negotiate
– Generate listing opportunities
– Monday – Friday 8.45 – 6
– Saturdays 8.45 – 5 (Day off in lieu)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The Candidate needs to have a proven and successful Residential Sales background with recent experience working in the Bristol property market. You will need to be polished, articulate and well-presented and able to deliver on the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional Customer experiences. – Existing Residential Sales Experience Essential – Experience within the Bristol property market desirable – Driven and Motivated – Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills – Polished and Well Presented – Full UK driving license
