Job Description

 

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to work as part of a small team which is integral to our clients business. You will work closely with a team of field based sales executives and provide a full administrative and sales support function to allow them to develop their business.

You will produce quotes and pricing documents on request of the sales team, produce product specifications and details to match client's requirements, follow up quotations and support with tender documentation. Alongside these tasks you will process orders and ensure the sales database is kept up to date with progress and accurate data at all times while analysing reports to ensure the accounts are being maximised.

The role is wide ranging and varied, will require excellent administration and customer service skills and you will need to have strong commercial awareness to support with the growth of the client accounts.
