Own queries across HR from receipt to completion, being the employee's main point of contact
Maintain personnel records accurately and carry out file reviews
Coordinate new starter induction training and deliver training of allocated sessions
Conduct new starter orientation including collating all mandatory documents, create for HR files and set up new users
Draft offer letters, employee contracts, apply for references, draft probation review letters, salary increase and bonus letters and all other HR related correspondence
Update and maintain employee data including contact information, job title, salary and hours changes etc.
Notify Financial Controller of any payroll changes on a monthly basis
Ensure probation review meetings take place and other development review meetings through Talent Toolbox
Assist in staff recruitment including posting job openings and screening candidates
Deal with staff issues and escalate as necessary
Maintain holiday, sickness and absences records
Job Offer
Great office culture, experienced management team, stable company, office based on site role, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (I hour lunch break)
