Job Description

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with the building facilities team regarding any facilities issues
  • Work in conjunction with with an outsourced HR team to ensure:
     
    • HR records are updated and managed
    • Maintenance of office and HR policies
    • Management of recruitment and selection, plus new starter onboarding
  • Payroll, pension and benefits administration
  • Ensuring office supplies and resources are negotiated at a good price and restocked as required
  • Finance support
     
    • Processing invoices, expenses and office expenditure v's budget
  • Administration support
     
    • Setting up efficient systems and processes
    • Providing diary and travel management support for CEO
  • IT Support
     
    • Coordinate the provision of laptops and other hardware as required by staff
    • Liaise with IT support teams to ensure the smooth running of the business

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven Office Management experience, overseeing Administration, Finance, IT and HR Functions within a business A good understanding of scheduling payroll Excellent written and verbal communication skills Analytical approach to finding solutions to problems that arise Keen attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite
