Are you an immediately available Bookkeeper / Administrator with strong Excel and Sage experience who lives within commutable distance of Harlow in Essex? If so this medium sized business is looking to recruit a temporary member of staff for around 6 – 8 weeks. There is also the chance the role could turn permanent. Using sage and Excel, your responsibilities will include: posting sales invoices and purchase invoices onto sage, credit card statement analysis, raising sales invoices and possibly some credit control. There may be other responsibilities but the role will be bookkeeping and admin based and mainly involve posting items onto sage 50. To be considered for this position you must be an immediately available Bookkeeper, have strong Sage and Excel skills, and live within commutable distance of Harlow, Essex. You must have experience of the above duties and be happy to carry out a processing / bookkeeping based role. You must be a car driver as the company isn’t near a train station. You must be a team player and be able to work to tight deadlines and in a small finance team. This medium sized, reputable company is a service provider, they are growing at a very fast rate, and are winning many new contracts. This temporary role will last around 6 – 8 weeks and will allow you a great insight into a forward thinking and modern company.
