You will act as a Business Partner to a key part of the business providing strategic advice and support to the relevant Management team, as well as ensuring the provision of proactive and comprehensive operational HR support across a wide range of areas including:
Employee Relations
Resourcing
Talent Management
Performance Management
Annual Remuneration Reviews
Learning and Development
The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 pa + benefits.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have experience of operating at HR Business Partner / HR Manager level within a large, fast paced environment. You will have ideally partnered with commercial functions and be able to demonstrate experience of working with senior leaders.
