Our market leading client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to process and manage the orders for their international client base. You will be working in a small team, ensuring that the clients orders are processed and despatched promptly and efficiently.
You will be required to deal with clients via email and over the phone, process the orders onto the system and arrange all relevant export documentation to ensure a smooth transit. You will update the system with details of customers as well as uploading new product information on to the database and processing order requests and despatch documentation.
