Your new role

As an HR Associate (title is flexible DOE), you will report to a supportive HR Operations Manager who I know very well. This is a permanent, full-time position working alongside HR professionals at different levels within the function.

The role:
Deliver professional and efficient HR support to all divisions across the business. To ensure the smooth running of all HR processes, policies and projects by delivering effective administration, professional guidance, coaching and support to colleagues and managers.

Main duties include: Employee Lifecycle Administration - HRIS / Reporting - Absence Management - Employee Relations - Supporting Projects.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This role will suit an enthusiastic, adaptable person who is comfortable working with all levels of a fast-paced business. You must be highly organised with strong administrative skill, knowledge of HRIS and be able to research / interpret relevant employment law. A CIPD Level 5 qualification is required (minimum) with experience in a busy SME environment, ideally within manufacturing or healthcare sectors.
