Job Description
The Role:
You will work with the HR team to provide dedicated, efficient and proactive HR support.
To build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure HR is able to support the overall business objectives.
To assist in managing the HR and Health & Safety process to ensure an efficient and effective service is provided at all times to meet the needs of employees and external organisations.
To provide advice, training and development to employees in respect of company policies and employment legislation.
Assist with implementing and developing HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation and company objectives.
Conduct and provide support and advice on the appropriate processes including capability, disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, redundancy and dismissal.
Hours - 9-5.30pm - Monday - Friday.
6 Month FTC.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
CIPD-qualified. You will have excellent HR experience. You will have excellent HR systems knowledge. The ability to be consultative and influential.
