Job Description

The Role:

  • You will work with the HR team to provide dedicated, efficient and proactive HR support.
  • To build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure HR is able to support the overall business objectives.
  • To assist in managing the HR and Health & Safety process to ensure an efficient and effective service is provided at all times to meet the needs of employees and external organisations.
  • To provide advice, training and development to employees in respect of company policies and employment legislation.
  •  Assist with implementing and developing HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation and company objectives.
  • Conduct and provide support and advice on the appropriate processes including capability, disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, redundancy and dismissal.

Hours - 9-5.30pm - Monday - Friday.

6 Month FTC.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
CIPD-qualified. You will have excellent HR experience. You will have excellent HR systems knowledge. The ability to be consultative and influential.
