Job Description

The duties of the HR Officer are to:

  • Act as a central point of contact for the HR department
  • Be responsible for the screening process of candidates and employees
  • Work closely with the HR Administrator
  • Investigate employee relations enquires
  • Deal with monthly reports for HR
  • Carry out right to work checks
  • Be the first point of call for any ER issues
  • Help with the Payroll information
  • Support Managers through to disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Work with Management in the recruitment process
  • Assist the HR Manager in the development of the HR Strategy
  • Report to the HR Manager of any issues that may arise

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have previous experience within a similar position Work well under pressure Have fantastic communication skills both written and verbal Be proactive and reliable Work with confidence and be approachable Ideally have started CIPD qualifications
