Act as a central point of contact for the HR department
Be responsible for the screening process of candidates and employees
Work closely with the HR Administrator
Investigate employee relations enquires
Deal with monthly reports for HR
Carry out right to work checks
Be the first point of call for any ER issues
Help with the Payroll information
Support Managers through to disciplinary and grievance processes
Work with Management in the recruitment process
Assist the HR Manager in the development of the HR Strategy
Report to the HR Manager of any issues that may arise

Have previous experience within a similar position Work well under pressure Have fantastic communication skills both written and verbal Be proactive and reliable Work with confidence and be approachable Ideally have started CIPD qualifications
