The main purpose of the role is to provide administration support to a team of Wealth Managers for the company's individual & corporate client and working with the team on delivery of exceptional service to clients. You will be also be working independently on additional tasks/projects for the benefit of the Wealth Management Team. Career progression is supported, and full CII study support is available.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Issue Letters of Authority, in order to gather plan information for various policy types.
* Track and manage Letters of Authority (and any queries) through to completion.
* Submission of new business application forms/paperwork where required.
* Completing all aspects of the Annual Review process.
* Pre-Report policy information data harvest.
* Dealing with Ad-hoc pre-sale queries generated via the Admin mailbox.
* Completing client Money laundering verification process.
* Issuing policy documents and case closure letters.
* Deal with telephone and email queries generated by clients or providers;
* Be compliant in all activities in accordance with regulations and standards of Creative the FCA and any other relevant regulatory bodies.
