The key responsibilities of the Account Manager are:
Respond to all ad-hoc requests from customers.
Promote and sell additional services to customers.
Assist with preparation of quarterly usage reports.
Manage any complaints in a professional and thorough manner.
Write content for a 1 ½ page monthly mental health newsletter.
Set up new customers and help HR communicate EAP to staff.
Manage customers who are ending their contracts.
Job Offer
On offer to the Successful Account Manager is:
£25,000 - £28,000 + Bonus
Flexible working in office and home.
Brixton Office.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful Account Manager will: Have a proven experience in a B2B customer care, account management or account executive role. Have worked in a fast-paced small business environment, where flexibility and adaptability is standard. Have strong attention to detail, and be accurate and precise when preparing documents and entering data. Possess good inter-personal and communication skills and build positive relationships with key customers. Experience of the HR services, employee benefits, healthcare, OH or mental health sectors is a bonus. Comfortable commuting to Brixton 3 days a week
