Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Account Manager are:

  • Respond to all ad-hoc requests from customers.
  • Promote and sell additional services to customers.
  • Assist with preparation of quarterly usage reports.
  • Manage any complaints in a professional and thorough manner.
  • Write content for a 1 ½ page monthly mental health newsletter.
  • Set up new customers and help HR communicate EAP to staff.
  • Manage customers who are ending their contracts.

Job Offer

On offer to the Successful Account Manager is:

£25,000 - £28,000 + Bonus

Flexible working in office and home.

Brixton Office.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful Account Manager will: Have a proven experience in a B2B customer care, account management or account executive role. Have worked in a fast-paced small business environment, where flexibility and adaptability is standard. Have strong attention to detail, and be accurate and precise when preparing documents and entering data. Possess good inter-personal and communication skills and build positive relationships with key customers. Experience of the HR services, employee benefits, healthcare, OH or mental health sectors is a bonus. Comfortable commuting to Brixton 3 days a week
