You will report into the HR Manager, working as part of a Team.
To provide proactive generalist HR support, advice and guidance to the organisation
Deal with ER Cases and queries, some of which will be quite complex
Provide advice, coaching and mentoring to Line Managers
Resolve Performance Management issues
Deal with Recruitment & Selection activities
Deal with supporting HR admin and reports
There will also be some exciting project work in this role
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This role will require a self motivated candidate. Someone with proven recent experience at Senior Advisory/Generalist level along with a proactive outlook, able to apply preventative HR solutions and build relationships throughout.
