Job Description

This is a head office based role providing a first class HR service to both Managers and Employees of the commercial division consisting of around 300 employees.

Responsibilities include;
*Employer Relations Case work : - Grievance, sickness, absence, performance, disciplinary, dismissal
*Providing professional HR advice to managers and employees on policy, procedures
*Support the HR Business Partner with a range of activities, supporting employee engagement and performance.
*Providing support to an onsite HR Manager onsite HR Manager


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are seeking HR Advisors with experience of working in a fast paced HR Shared Services environment who are able to start immediately an commit to the 6 months contract. Industry experience isn't essential for this role.
