This is a head office based role providing a first class HR service to both Managers and Employees of the commercial division consisting of around 300 employees.
Responsibilities include;
*Employer Relations Case work : - Grievance, sickness, absence, performance, disciplinary, dismissal
*Providing professional HR advice to managers and employees on policy, procedures
*Support the HR Business Partner with a range of activities, supporting employee engagement and performance.
*Providing support to an onsite HR Manager onsite HR Manager
