Job Description

About the role

We’re looking to hire a Group Reward Manager into the HR function. Reporting into the Senior Reward Manager, you will be expected to manage the reward activities for the 150 most senior roles within the organisation (across Europe and the US), looking after the annual compensation review, salary review, Group bonus plan payment and Performance share plan grant. You will look after executive reward decisions across the employee life cycle, from new hires, to promotions, to leavers.

We also want you to educate and advise the HR team (including HR Directors and Business Partners) on how to apply and embed the Group Reward principles, frameworks and governance for reward decisions at all levels across the organisation. You will manage key projects relating to reward operations and be expected to ensure compliance with our policies for statutory reporting and audit purposes. You will also line manage a Group Reward Analyst.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Educated to degree level or equivalent Operating at a Senior Reward Analyst level with international experience or as a Reward Manager, for a fast-paced and complex organisation Experience in job evaluation and benchmarking methodologies (Mercer preferable); project-management for year-end reward processes; annual pay reviews, short term incentives, long term incentives and defining reward packages; mentoring and coaching other members of a Reward team Gravitas; high level numeracy, analytical, influencing, communication, organisational, adaptability and teamworking skills; strong attention to detail. Advanced level Microsoft Excel
