Job Description

Being the first point of contact for all customers who have purchased a new home, you will be at the heart of the organisation, providing a "right first-time" solution maintaining excellent customer service.
You will take calls from a range of customers, as well receiving queries via email, striving to resolve all enquiries efficiently.
You will also provide invaluable support to colleagues with administrative tasks ensuring that the organisation continues to provide an unrivalled quality of service.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Previous experience within new builds or experience within the property claims sector - Exceptional customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast paced controller environment - Your own transport due to location
