Job Description

This role is working within a fast paced environment. This role will suit someone who has worked within a high volume organisation - ideally within a call centre environment. You will be working alongside the senior leadership team and reporting into a dynamic operations team.
Within this role you will be doing the administrative element of the employee lifecycle. This will be on-boarding candidates, issuing contracts, analysing absence reports, updating the database, checking in probation and being the first point of contact for employees. The HR Administrator will also liaise with managers, L and D and operations so will need to communicate at all levels within the business.

In order to be successful in this role you do not need to be CIPD qualified, you just need experience working within a busy, fast paced HR team. You will have experience with HR systems, great with Excel and a confident communicator with a fantastic eye for detail.

This is a fast moving role and due to the nature of the position I am looking for candidates who are immediately available and can start this month.
