* Meeting and greeting patients
* Transferring calls to the required department
* Responding to emails
* Code patient information
* Distributing post
* Type referral letters
* Handling sensitive data
* Processing repeat prescription
* Ensuring reception area is kept tidy
* Maintaining and monitoring practice appointments system

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Must be trained using EMIS Web * Experience scanning and read coding * Previous GP experience
