Duties:

• Arranging and conducting valuations
• Advising and updating your clients
• Continued business generation
• Arranging and conducting viewings
• Referring opportunities across the business
• Successfully negotiating offers
• Assisting in the management of the negotiators

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Current Estate Agency Experience. A proven track record of listing. Highly organized. Business Generation and Valuations experience. Excellent presentation and communication Skills. Well Presented Estate Agency Skills.
