Job Description

The successful candidate does not necessarily need prior administration experience however a positive, "can-do" attitude is a must.

This is a varied role and duties will include:

  • Answering calls and taking messages
  • Assisting customers with any queries
  • Updating the system and relevant spreadsheets
  • Adding new clients details onto the system
  • Filing, scanning and archiving documents
  • Supporting the other departments with administration tasks

You must be computer literate and have a professional telephone manner with excellent customer service skills, along with the ability to learn new skills quickly.
