Job Description
This varied and busy HR and Training Officer role will involved providing support to the HR Manager with a wide range of generalist duties such as:
Support with all processes surrounding on-boarding and off-boarding including updating systems, offer letters, pre-employment and reference checks
Maintaining and updating the Time and Attendance (T&A) system
Maintaining and updating the training matrix and LMS system
Supporting with other areas of generalist HR duties in a busy department.
Job Offer
This is a temporary role for circa 4-6 weeks.
Working hours are circa 9.30-4.30pm - some flexibility available.
This will be office-based in a covid-secure environment.
Circa £25-28000
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideal candidates for this role will be available to start from mid-January. You will have a proven background in a similar role, ideally with some prior working knowledge of a manufacturing environment. Critically, you will be able to work independently in a high-pressure, busy environment.
