This is an extremely hands on, broad and varied role reporting into the HR Manager and as part of a HR team. You will be responsible for coaching, upskilling and working with management advising on all HR and ER matters whilst ensuring that their advice and ways of working is in line with employment legislation.
You will support with all ER case management from start to finish with all written outcomes and you will be able to work to high volumes.
There will be the opportunity to have involvement with project work and policy development work.
