Job Description

You must be able to demonstrate that you will complement our team of like-minded colleagues and help ensure we maintain our objective of being the first choice dealership for both customer and staff in the area.

As an Experienced Retail Car Sales Executive you will work closely with the Sales Manager and other Sales Executives to achieve sales targets, whilst maintaining a focus on sales process, profitability and customer satisfaction.

The package:

· A Contributory Pension Scheme, we pay 3% and you will pay 5%

· 21 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays, if worked to be taken in lieu

· We are closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, New Years Day and Easter Sunday

· We are open 7 days per week and you will work an average of 5.5 days including a late evening and weekends on a rota basis

· Ongoing Honda training and development is provided to all our customer facing Sales and After Sales employees.

COVID-19 considerations:
To keep customer facing staff safe we have installed desk shields, sanitizing stations, one way system, all staff wear face masks/shields and adhere to the 2 metre rule.

Experience:

• automotive: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

License:

• Driving license (Preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· You will have proven experience in a Retail Car Sales department · Possess a strong focus on providing excellent Customer Service · Knowledge of Finance and Insurance products · Be a team player · Excellent standard of spoken and written communication · Be Confident to communicate and interact at all levels · IT literate · A Full Driving License is essential. Previous experience in a Retail Car Sales role is essential.
