Job Description
The business requirement will involve working on a rota basis covering Monday - Sunday (every Tuesday & Wednesday off) between the hours of 08:00 - 20:00, including bank holidays - the shift patterns will be:
Early: 8am - 4pm.
Late: 12pm - 8pm
As a member of the contact tracing team you will be:
Undertaking the initial interview of COVID-19 positive cases and/or contacts by phone;
Identifying and following up with contacts and providing public health advice (where appropriate);
Ensuring the timely and accurate recording of information from those interviews using systems provided.

Able to work from home and can commit to working a minimum of 37 hours a week over seven days, for a minimum period of 12 weeks.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum RELEVANT Level 2 qualification on National Framework or equivalent (Degree) e.g. Business Administration, Customer Services, IT, Human Resources or A Level Business Studies and have evidence of the qualification. Proven experience in making high volume outbound calls and excellent administration skills / logging data.
