A highly rewarding role, as a HR officer you can make a real impact to the organisation. You will based onsite at a Care home focusing on Absence management.
You will support the Home Manager with HR activities, whilst ensuring the effective management of hours, in order to reduce agency footfall within the Care Home. You will respond to HR enquiries relating to absences, rota management, recruitment and general queries pertaining to employment legislation.
