Job Description

About The Role

As a senior HR business leader, the Regional HR Business Partner will provide strategic HR support, insight and acumen to the senior leadership team, thus assisting in the delivery of company objectives.

The Regional HR Business Partner will guide, mentor and challenge business leaders with focus, and be the consultant on People initiatives, and support the Head of HR in the development and delivery of the HR strategy and agenda to deliver on HC-One vision and mission.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will be an excellent, effective and personable communicator and influencer, with a decisive nature and the ability to manage and prioritise a high, complex workload. You will have experience of working in a senior HR role at Manager level or above, with line management experience, and the ability to lead people with tact and diplomacy. CIPD Qualified Level 7, you will have an up to date and in-depth knowledge of employment law and its application, ideally with experience of working in a multi-site HR business partner model, Regular travel is required across a defined geographic area, including the North West, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Coventry and Leicestershire. A Full Driving Licence is essential.
