Job Description

Duties will include coaching line managers, conducting disciplinaries and doing investigations. You will also be incharge of running bite size training courses for staff & writing adverts for recruitment, in order to attract the very best talent for this organisation.

The HR Manager who is based here full time, will mentor & develop you and also encourage you with your CIPD qualification.

There will be the opportunity to get involved in lots of areas of HR & payroll, that you may not have experienced before.

This is very much a well rounded role with lots of variety involved and working in a small & friendly team environment.
