The role of the HR Governance and SMCR Lead will be to work closely with the Head of HR Service to report and oversee the SMCR (Senior Managers & Certification Regime). Collaborating with Global HR Operations, UK HRBPs and the UK compliance team ensuring end to end HR processes are effective and efficient.
This is an extremely process driven and role in a heavily regulated environment.
This role offers excellent flexible working benefits with only occasional offer presence required. Salary on offer is between £50k-£55k DOE + other exceptional benefits.
