Job Description
You will be working individually, as part of a wider, national team, in the heart of the law firm alongside the lawyers and secretaries supporting them with a wide range of administrative functions. You will be very busy and never bored! You will use your skills and experience in this sector to provide an industry-leading service with exceptional standards to the firm. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering an exceptional filing, photocopy, scanning and printing service for the client
- Filing and e-filing documents, to strict procedures
- Collecting and delivering a variety of photocopying, scanning and printing jobs from around the office we call “sweeps”.
- Stationery and stock ordering and delivering to specific areas of the office
- Opening, sorting and delivering incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, arranging couriers and carrying out hand deliveries
- Extensive computer and data related tasks
- Train ticket bookings
- Meeting room management
- Welcoming guests and visitors to the firm and providing a very high level of hospitality
- Assisting lawyers to use the service efficiently
- Maintaining the highest levels of customer service
- Identifying areas where the administrative support service could be improved
