In the roles on offer you will take calls from a range of customers, resolving their queries & supporting other colleagues with admin related tasks or you will help coordinate the maintenance works in our homes and work closely with our Home Repairs Team so that they can continue to provide quality repairs.
For this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both oral and written and have experience of dealing with members of the public, although this does not have to be in a contact centre environment.
The role requires you to have high IT literacy skills as you will be working with a range of in-house databases and the ability to work well under pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.
