Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
* Producing detailed quotations for customers
* Taking orders and processing on the system
* Processing all paperwork associated with customer deliveries including any shipping documents, certificates ect
* Responsible for managing the provision of samples and all support documentation
* Ensuring data is captured in full, accurate and completed
* Working closely with logistics and transport parties
* Processing returns and refunds on the system
* Coordinating and managing the incoming sample process completing documents and maintaining control of samples
* Recording data on Excel
* Responsible for any emails coming into the business
* Postings samples and supporting documents
* Working closely with other departments such as the lab and warehouse
* Ensuring an exceptional service and a smooth administrative process
The company manufactures a variety of exciting products due to the nature of the role previous experience working with an office environment would be required.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* A high regard for accuracy and a keen eye for detail * Good product knowledge and able to spot any issues with orders * Excellent organisation skills * Good typing skills and IT Literate * Confident working on multiple systems * Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment * Exceptional customer service skills * Proactive and able to work on own initiative * Flexible and happy to help other departments when required * Able to work as part of a team and independently * Passionate in terms of securing a role within a business environment
