Job Description
  • Prepare Sales and License agreements, follow up any issues or queries as part of the customer sales journey through to successful completion
  • Ensure all documents required to complete a sales are processed accurately.
  • Liaise with Sales team and Sales Co-coordinator to ensure hand over process is efficiently completed to the customers satisfaction
  • Resolve any aftercare or sales claims as appropriate to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Ensure that the Company website – site-core is updated daily and reflects live stock position
  • Promote the Park sales stock and Park profile and events through main Social media avenues of Facebook , Gum tree Pro and E-bay
  • Ensure the Sales Department marketing plan is booked and delivering required levels of sales leads, whilst exploring new avenues and sources to market.
  • Create and network an effective local business Partnership programme
  • Create, develop and progress effective communication routes to our existing customers to update on stock and promotions.
  • Create, develop and progress effective communication routes to our holiday guests to generate sales leads and enquiries.
  • Greet and communicate with potential and existing customers professionally and in a courteous manner.
  • Deal effectively and efficiently with customers, whilst following company policies/guidelines and procedures
  • Work in collaboration with all Park Teams and Central Support to ensure standards across all areas are operating at a high level and offer a great service to customers.
  • Work safely with due diligence towards yourself, colleagues, customers and general public at all times.
  • Promote Company Resorts brand and the Parks at all times with a positive approach.
  • On occasion you may be asked to perform additional duties or duties unrelated to your role after appropriate training has been given.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of working in a fast paced customer focused office environment providing effective administrative support to a team. Passionate about delivering an exceptional level of customer experience throughout the sales journey. Great planning skills coupled with good organizational and problem solving abilities. Strong communication skills both verbally and written. Manage and priorities workloads to ensure deadline are achieved and 100% compliance always. Professional, honest and demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times. Excellent I.T. skills and working knowledge of Microsoft office packages. Confident user of both Word and Excel is essential. Ability to use sales processing IT systems (Wizard, Alchemy) – training can be given. Confident in the preparation of reports and presentations as required, with the ability to understand, interpret and present data accurately and professionally. Experienced in working as part of a wider regional and national team, liaising with key stakeholders on a regular basis effectively.
