Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Manning of Reception desk, first point of contact for phone calls to and from the Centre taking messages and directing to relevant personnel.
  • Point of escalation for customer queries and complaints.
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors to the Management Office, ensuring site signing in procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Delivering high levels of customer service to our visitors and retailers at all times.
  • Provide hospitality to site visitors in line with requirements from Centre management.
  • Administration for all site property inspections.
  • Assist with communications regarding sub-contractor visits.
  • To collect and collate weekly sales figures from designated tenants, to provide trading index to Centre manager on a monthly basis.
  • Send and receive all post for site.
