Responsibilities of the job will include:
- Liaising with customers to confirm orders and resolve any queries
- Processing sales orders and preparing all necessary paperwork ready for manufacturing.
- Answering telephone calls.
- Administrative duties of filing, scanning and keeping all paperwork in an organized manner.
- Checking and matching purchase orders with delivery notes and invoices for accounts.
Experience in the window industry is desirable and full training on our product ranges and system will also be given. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm, with half hour for lunch.
Competitive salary dependent on experience along with 20 days holiday plus statutory bank holiday days. After 3 months’ probationary period you will be eligible to enroll into the company pension scheme.
