You will be expected to support the manual daily interface task and the recovery actions to clear down the accounts prior to an automated interface being implemented.
Your responsibilities will include;
Undertake a range of duties - technical, transactional, and function-specific - to ensure the smooth running of the services, systems and processes used and delivered by the Line of Service.
Support the development, testing and delivery of systems and processes for adoption across the business.
Produce documentation to facilitate communication and training of the developed processes.
Have a good understanding of their area of responsibility and associated procedures and processes. Be able to understand complex issues and provide solutions
Identify and undertake investigations into issues and discrepancies
Liaise with suppliers and / or customers (including international contacts) taking personal responsibility for the correction, resolution and close-down of issues.
Analyse, collate and format data from a number of sources
