Key Responsibilities for the HR Business Partner include:
Managing the Senior HR Advisor providing advice and guidance when required.
Supporting Senior management on structure, role design, recruitment strategy and talent acquisition.
Carries out HR induction for Managers and those at Head level.
Leads HR projects; HR workstream Lead for business projects and HR System projects as required.
Provide change management advice and supporting materials. Understands the business to provide input from a people perspective.
Educate managers on employee well being, managing remote teams, mental health and promotes the Employee Assistance Service.
Manage employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and appeals providing outcome letters.
Educate and coach management on employee relations and change management best practice and approach with provision of briefing material.
Manages TUPE consultations directly or support the management.
Advise the management on capability assisting with upskilling, skills gap analysis and knowledge gaps.
Advise senior management on the development of high potential employees and improve employee retention and contribute to succession planning.
Write and review assigned HR Policies.
Cover for the Senior HR Advisor and Head of HR in their absence.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Financial Services background. Essential Knowledge of Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SMCR). Highly Desirable CIPD ideally level 7, with 5 year's experience in a HR advisory position. - Essential Experience of managing an HR team member. Experience of partnering and supporting Senior Management level. Strong employment law knowledge. Employee relations experience: investigations and formal procedures. Experience of managing employee engagement and well-being initiatives. Good knowledge of GDPR principles; understanding of relevance to HR disciplines.
