The provision of first-line advice, support and guidance to Line Managers and colleagues in all matters of Employee Relations, including disciplinary, advice, grievance, performance management, capability and absence management.
End to end case management of varying complexity
To play an active role in recruitment across multiple sites both in the UK and internationally
Partnering with Line Managers to ensure the timely, effective and legally compliant management of the Company's internal process.
Oversee the management and legal compliance on policies such as Maternity, Paternity and Flexible Working
Supporting in the development of initiatives and strategies to develop and improve company employee relations policies and processes.
Producing Weekly and monthly reports for the HR Manager
To liaise with all areas of the HR Department, ensuring projects are delivered
To act as a brand champion for the Company's values
Act as a positive role model for all colleagues, recognising the value of teamwork and positively reinforcing co-operation, mutual support and commitment from all colleagues
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in a similar role, ideally gained within a multi-site business Part Qualified CIPD with background in case management Good verbal and written communication skills Able to demonstrate a commercial approach to Employee Relations matters Strong Team Player with good Knowledge of employment legislation Ability to build trust and work remotely with line managers
