Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

Managing the Employee & Manager Customer Experience

Monitoring and maintaining the global inbound HRIS inbox:

  • Delivering timely and high quality responses & solutions within agreed 48 hour SLA and exceeding customer expectations around service levels wherever possible.
  • Triage, troubleshooting and follow up with HRIS Analyst and/or subject matter experts where necessary on identified system issues.
  • Guided end-user support for completing employee transactions.
  • Work with the Global HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition teams to maintain HR Data records.
  • Support executing complex or historical corrections or transactions on behalf of end-users (as appropriate).

Empowering Employees & Managers:

  • Maintain and enhance the step by step user guides to continually improve the knowledge base of the HR team and business on operational processes and Employee and Manager self-service. These user guides should empower users throughout the employee lifecycle encouraging better adoption and accurate use of the system.

System Maintenance & Production Support

  • Execution of general administration tasks pertaining to HR Operations and Systems management
  • Maintain integrity and security of the data in accordance with GDPR
  • End to end user acceptance testing
  • Understand security frameworks and provide access where appropriate.

Reports/Data Analytics

  • Maintain and run standard reports in line with ongoing end user needs from multiple departments within the organization.
  • Prepare custom reports where necessary to meet ad-hoc requests following documented guidelines and quality assurance procedures.

Individual Development

  • Continually research new techniques and develop knowledge of current trends and strategies in technology fields relating to HRIS.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience with Sage People (or another HR Information System) administration required HRIS Implementation experience preferable Experience of collaborating with third party suppliers and tracking of any work requests required Strong Microsoft Excel skills required Strong service orientation with a high sense of ownership, accountability and execution excellence. Superior interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Proven ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving abilities Strong work ethic and motivated to achieve goals and exceed expectations Exceptional time management skills and an ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines A 'systems’ thinker with a process orientation and significant attention to detail The ability to exercise independent judgement and discretion on issues that may be sensitive or confidential in nature. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
