Your new role
We are currently working with a commercial organisation to recruit a HR Advisor on a 12 month fixed term contract. Supported by a HR Manager who has some really exciting projects lined up over the next 12 months, this is an excellent opportunity to build and develop in a full generalist role. You will be working across the full employee life-cycle, from recruitment and selection, through to performance management and ER case work.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who thrives in a busy environment. You will also need to use all your people skills as you will be the main on site contact for employees and line managers alike. This is a full generalist role, so alongside your experience in managing the recruitment process and ER case work, you will need to have strong attention to detail when it comes to issuing contracts and updating employee details.
