Job Description

The role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive the expected level of service. You will be someone who is stickler for quality and attention to detail coupled with the ability to work quickly and with high levels of productivity.

You will support continuous improvement across all operational areas by providing constructive feedback through your quality checks and controls to improve the overall customer experience.

KEY ACTIVITIES

- Responsible for EICR report monitoring on a daily basis

- Responsible for the rapid release of EICR reports to our clients within 24 hours of completion in the field.

- Responsible for raising accurate EICR quotes for clients

- Responsible for maintaining quoting database, ensuring accurate tracking of quote status

- Responsible for chase list, retrieving reports within TAT

- Responsible for oversight of email inbox management

- Responsible for dealing with all cross-team queries

- Responsible for logging new EICR manual orders from customers to the system accurately

- Responsible for sending and monitoring our Customer & Client Satisfaction Surveys

- Responsible for logging customer dissatisfaction/ complaints onto the system accurately

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Essential: a minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent qualifications), with passes at Grade C or above. Desirable: A relevant customer service qualification, such as NVQ Level 2- Demonstrable experience of working in a high-volume administrative function - Demonstrable experience of working in a customer focused environment - Demonstrable experience of hitting productivity targets - Demonstrable experience of quality checking processes and procedures - Experience of the residential property services market - Experience of energy efficiency products (commercial or residential) - Strong computer skills, particularly typing skills and the ability to use Microsoft Computer Packages and the Internet - Attention to Detail and accuracy - Ability to work under pressure and to competing deadlines - Very strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent team player with a hand- on approach
