KEY ACTIVITIES
- Responsible for EICR report monitoring on a daily basis
- Responsible for the rapid release of EICR reports to our clients within 24 hours of completion in the field.
- Responsible for raising accurate EICR quotes for clients
- Responsible for maintaining quoting database, ensuring accurate tracking of quote status
- Responsible for chase list, retrieving reports within TAT
- Responsible for oversight of email inbox management
- Responsible for dealing with all cross-team queries
- Responsible for logging new EICR manual orders from customers to the system accurately
- Responsible for sending and monitoring our Customer & Client Satisfaction Surveys
- Responsible for logging customer dissatisfaction/ complaints onto the system accurately
