Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a key team member responsible for administering all inbound requests received from our internal and external customers. They will take inbound calls, make outbound calls and receive inbound online messages from the companies broker and policyholder community.

They will be an expert in, and deal with, all administrative queries from across their product suite including household policies, let property policies and lifestyle policies. They will also be an expert in our clients in-house direct debit management process and administer and resolve any Finance queries.

Processing of administration work in line with their internal processes and procedures, ensuring that everything is accurate and compliant. They will ensure that regulatory requirements of the FCA and other governing bodies are adhered too.

They will engage positively with the CS management team through the monthly quality monitoring and coaching process. You must be open to receiving feedback and working on any development areas you may have.

Assisting the team manager in the delivery of SLAs by carrying out an appropriate share of the day-to-day team tasks, including all inbound/outbound calls, online messages and administration as requested.

Excellent rapport building and communication skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with all levels of staff throughout our business, including all field based staff and directors.

Schedule:

Experience:

  • General Insurance: 1 year (Preferred)
  • customer service: 3 years (Preferred)

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
  • Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
