The administrator will be specifically working on the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) project. This is a position within the friendly project support team, working in a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to work across different teams within the project.

The successful candidate needs to have a positive and professional attitude with an excellent telephone manner. You must have a 'can do' approach and attitude, with the ability to work under pressure as this is a busy environment. The candidate needs to be flexible and happy to work across the FORS Helpline, compliance, finance, training and marketing streams as directed by their line manager. Good written skills, IT skills and high level of communication and interpersonal skills are required.
