A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and charismatic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team based in Cardiff.

Working within a small and friendly retail team where everyone looks out for each other, teamwork and the ability to build relationships are key to this Sales Assistant role. We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant who will proactively approach every customer and deliver a true retail customer experience.

As Sales Assistant and your main responsibilities will include:

• Take responsibility for visual presentation and cleanliness of the store
• Ensure accurate and appropriate advice to ensure that our customers buy the best and relevant products to meet their needs
• Working within both stock room and on tills
• Taking a hands on approach with products and stock
• Handling cash and payments

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience in a customer facing retail role. Ability to be flexible with both customers and within a team. Genuine desire to deliver first-class customer service. A dedicated and capable retail sales professional who has evidence of sales experience. Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player.
