Job Description

The role will be for a minimum of 9 months. Please be aware that this role does involve weekend & bank holiday working and you will work to the customer services opening hours (8am – 8pm Monday to Friday , 9am - 3.30pm Saturday) £20,068 pa.

This role would suit a highly organized person with a customer service background.

Duties will include: -

  • To process inbound sales orders and where appropriate upsell products to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide a flexible overflow to the customer service function dealing with inbound customer enquiries across multiple channels, including telephone, email, web chat and social media.
  • Conduct outbound sales campaigns when inbound volumes allow.
  • To liaise with many different departments in order to solve a customer’s query made.
  • To deal efficiently and effectively with customer queries regarding payment, accounts statement enquiries and possible complaints.
  • Record and maintain clear relevant records enabling the production of weekly/monthly reports.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience. Demonstrable track record within a sales and or customer service background. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively and professionally communicate with members of the public, fellow team members, senior managers and many different departments. Ability to identify customers with the potential to develop across our eco-system. Experience of working in a target driven department.
