Job Description

The ISM is looking for an experienced senior manager to join its senior leadership team. Your role will be to manage all aspects of compliance including GDPR and to work with the CEO on governance, HR and safeguarding. You will also lead and manage the legal services team who are so critical to the reputation of the ISM. The ISM has seen significant growth in terms of its membership over recent years which now stands at over 10,500 members and much of this has been driven by its gold standard services including legal.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will have at least 5 years senior management experience and have a background in legal, compliance or HR. You will be a fantastic team player and manager who enjoys working both operationally and strategically alongside your dynamic and solution orientated SLT colleagues. You will have excellent written and interpersonal skills with great attention to detail and strong emotional intelligence.
