Working as part of the Site Department with Solicitor, Case Handlers and legal assistants.
Acts as the main point of contact for clients.
Takes and accurately relay messages, dealing with incoming calls from clients, estate agents and developers.
Dealing with post completion matters including but not limited to submission of Stamp Duty Returns, Land Registry applications and dealing with Requisitions raised by H.M. Land Registry in respect of such applications.
Dealing with clients’ and others on the telephone.
Take and accurately relay messages, make telephone calls as required.
File opening, maintain the filing system, filing/File Management (including file closing) using case management system.
Each member of the department must be responsible for putting up their own mail and ensuring it is delivered to the mail room for posting.
