Provides Head of HR with an efficient and effective administrative service.
Interrogates HR Systems (e.g. Absence Manager, Workday, internal HR Trackers) generating and issuing reports when required, including -
BHR Monthly Reports
Headcount Data (Perms and Temps, Starter & Leavers)
Sickness Absence Data
AEM data (e.g. New Starters, Retirees & Long-Service)
Preparation for Brexit - employee nationality data and determining settled and pre-settled status of qualifying employees.
Provides communication support to the Project Expansion Team and HR in generating all-employee communication updates for review and approval by SLT.
Supports the Witney HR Team on the Induction & On-Boarding processes, by preparing materials and handouts in advance and ensuring follow-up information is distributed to employees.
Carries out research into HR and current related industry trends and topics, collates findings and makes suggests and recommendations in relation to policy, working environment or adoption of best practices.
Carries out administrative tasks as and when necessary
