Job Description

We are long established Property Investment Company based in Cardiff. We own a varied portfolio of both commercial and residential units throughout Cardiff and the UK.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, with drive and ambition to join us an administrator. The successful applicant will be a proactive and organized individual who will need to be reliable, efficient and be able to work under pressure.

A high level of customer service is required as this role is for someone who will be dealing with a broad range of customers and situations involving tenants and contractors.

Previous experience in property management or book-keeping would be an advantage.

Experience:

  • Office Administrator: 2 years (Required)

License:

  • UK Driving License with access to own Car (Required)

Work remotely:

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Computer Literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. High literacy level. Excellent communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Reliable and efficient. PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage. You will be required to hold a full clean UK driving license and have your own vehicle.
